No. Plenty of customers leave the key in a lockbox and approve the quote by text. We send photos at every stage so you can watch the job from wherever you are.
Driveways, apartment lots, office parking, job sites, and most street parking. We need roughly one parking space of room and level ground. Underground garages with low clearance are the one place we usually cannot fit.
Engine and transmission replacement, machine work, and anything needing a lift or alignment rack. We will tell you that on the phone rather than showing up and charging you to find out, and we will point you to a shop we trust.
Card, tap to pay, or bank transfer, taken on site once the work is done and you have looked it over. Fleet accounts can be invoiced net 15.
24 months or 24,000 miles on parts and labor, whichever comes first. If something we touched fails inside that window, we come back out at no charge.
